Lower Polgrain Farm

We was approached by Mr  and Mrs Brogden in 2012 to carry out major refurbishments to the dilapidated barns and to add a sizeable extension to the dated farmhouse. Situated in the Withial valley we used the best Cornish products including reclaimed delabole rag slate and Cornish stone from a north Coast quarry. As a team we carried out every job in the house from the major structural works to laying the final tiles on the walls. As you can see from the pictures it was a very enjoyable  job to be part of and the clients were overwhelmed with the final finish.
